Condiciones de pago y transporte


In the PouchEurope Online Store, payments are made by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice. The invoice will be sent to the email address you have provided, together with an order confirmation (if you have not received an order confirmation email, please check that it has not been sent to your spam folder). The order will be confirmed and the goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in the PouchEurope Online Store account. The PouchEurope Online Store will refund the Customer within 14 days at the latest for goods that cannot be delivered.

You can choose the delivery method for your PouchEurope Online Store order when you make your purchase.

You can choose between several options:

1. You can pick up your order yourself at the Alpi Eesti OÜ warehouse (Loomäe tee 8, Lehmja, Rae Rural Municipality, Harju County) - the order is usually ready for collection from 2:00 p.m. on the second working day after the order is placed (from 2:00 p.m. on the following Tuesday for purchases made on Fridays and at weekends). There is no delivery charge when products are collected from a warehouse.

2. You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice using a courier service – delivery within 3 working days in Estonia and 7 working days internationally. If the products are delivered by courier, a delivery fee of EUR 10 will be added to the price of the order if the delivery address is in Estonia, or EUR 30 if the delivery address is in another EU country. Products are delivered by courier to the front door.

We will send an email to the email address indicated on the order form when the product(s) are ready for pick-up or have been dispatched from the PouchEurope warehouse to the buyer.
